What this site is
A studio website (portfolio, research, studio information). No account is required. Contact happens if you email us (for example info@neve.dev).
Processing
- Hosting and security logs. Loading a page may process IP address, user agent, timestamp, and requested URL so we can deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose faults. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating a secure website. Retention: typically up to 30 days unless a longer period is needed for a security investigation.
- Essential local storage. We store your analytics consent choice in the browser. Details are in Cookies below. Legal basis: necessity to provide the service / strictly necessary storage (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive as applied nationally).

Analytics (optional). Only with your consent, we use Matomo
self-hosted at
analytics.neve.dev(site ID 2) to measure aggregate site use (pages, approximate geography, device/browser, performance). The tracker script is loaded only after you opt in; until then the browser does not contact the analytics host. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Withdraw anytime via . Retention: visit data as configured in our Matomo instance; the consent record in your browser lasts up to 6 months before we ask again. - Email correspondence. If you write to us, we process your email address and message content to reply. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps or legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f)). Retention: for as long as needed to handle the request, then ordinary business / limitation periods (generally up to 10 years where relevant under Italian civil law for business correspondence).
Recipients and transfers
- Hosting / deployment. The site is built and served via Railway (and related edge/CDN components as configured). Railway is a US company; technical logs may involve processing outside the EEA. Where transfers occur, we rely on Chapter V GDPR safeguards (for example Standard Contractual Clauses and/or an adequacy decision where applicable).

Matomo analytics (only with consent): processed by Neve on our
self-hosted instance at
analytics.neve.dev. Ordinary visitors are not sent to Google Analytics or other third-party analytics vendors. - CMS authentication (editors only). Content editing uses GitHub OAuth via a Cloudflare Worker proxy. This applies to authorised editors, not ordinary visitors.
We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising networks on this site.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request:

- erasure (Art. 17), where applicable;
- restriction (Art. 18);
- portability (Art. 20), where applicable;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21);

The site is aimed at a professional audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14 through this website.
